Refund and Replacement

We only exchange and refund if any product has a manufacturing fault, broken or scratched, only at the time of purchase. You have to inform us if can not bring back right away. Email at [email protected] along with your invoice number and small description. Original box and all accessories should be returned as well.

If the item is dispatched to you in a different city then we will provide the Exchange and the shipping cost which our customer will bear to send us back.

If you receive a product that is not what we have described in our catalog (replica, specs and image) you are not bound to keep that product, we will return your money. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Email us at [email protected]

And the purchased product must be in properly sealed/intact condition as we delivered to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund any purchased from eDokandar

Refunds on eDokandar are based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially. Below are the refund modes initiated by us for various payment options:

1. Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking

If Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, the price paid of the product will be refunded (including the shipping charges) will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate refund within a shortest possible time from our end. However, it may take up to 7-12 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by eDokandar. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

2. Cash on Delivery
If the order was placed using payment option as Cash on Delivery, we will refund you the price paid of the product (including the shipping charges) through Bank or Bkash or cheque in favour of the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order or refund coupon.

3. Refund Coupon 
If you have used a eDokandar coupon for placing the order, the refund would be provided only in the form of a fresh eDokandar Coupon of the value including the Shipping charges. The same cannot be redeemed either in cash or cheque.
